Payment methods

When making a purchase on 2SMALLFARM, you don’t have to worry about your payment safety. All payments are protected by 2checkout system, which has a real-time three-level protection from fraud.

Credit and debit cards, Paypal

You may use one of the several convenient payment methods via 2checkout, such as credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover Network and other), as well as make a payment using Paypal system.

Bank transfers

If you prefer to make a payment with a bank transfer, contact us and we will send you an invoice.

Transfer to a Payoneer card

If you prefer to make a payment with a Payoneer card, contact us and we will send you our account details and payment reference.

After the payment we will contact you as soon as possible (during our working time) to clarify the details and inform you about the status of your order. After we ship your order, we will send you a tracking code so that you could track your parcel.

To track your parcel, you may use ParcelApp.

Product delivery

At present, the main delivery method available from the website is the “Economy shipping” delivery (11 to 23 business days).

If you want to receive the product sooner, contact us and we will estimate the cost of your delivery personally (available variants are: Standard shipping ~ 7 business days or Fast Shipping ~ 1-3 business days).

The orders sent outside the European Union are subject to customs duties, such as taxes and fees, when your order is received. These duties are varied depending on the location, that is why customs duties are not included in the delivery cost. If you refuse to pay these duties, it may prevent the delivery of the product. We will not return the money in such circumstances.
